Education: Graduated in Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, 1991. Master in General Management at IESE and International Finance at Georgetown University, Washington DC. He has performed post-graduate legal studies at UC Berkeley and UC-Boulder and Euroforum-INSEAD. He is fully profficient in both French and English.

Career: His career has been tied to large companies and institutions within the financial sector, having practiced as lawyer in Spain (Madrid, Barcelona and Seville) with firms as Axa, Crowe Horwath and Caja Madrid, in the United States (Washington DC) where he was Investment Officer at International Finance Corporation of the World Bank, and in Morocco (Casablanca) as Counselor of the Banque Commercial du Maroc and CEO of several affiliated financing companies.

Expertise: Lawyer, expert in banking and finance law as well as in international finance structuring. He is specialized in international banking and finance, international development and management of special purpose vehicles, financial and real estate investments, private banking and capital markets.
